Grilled Chicken Tacos

Who doesn't love tacos??? I usually use ground turkey or ground chicken. But I was looking for something different. I found this recipe on letsdishrecipes.com. I changed a few things to altar to my liking. If you love tacos you will most certainly love this recipe :)!

Grilled Chicken Tacos
2 lbs chicken breast
6 tbsp World Harbor Faijita Seasoning
1 tbsp shredded cheese
1 avocado
Dopple of Plain Greek yogurt
Handful of Kale
Soft tortilla shells

Preparation
1. Marinate chicken breasts in World Harbor Faijita Seasoning in ziplock bags (separate the 6 tbsp as needed) overnight or during the work day. At least 8 to 12 hours. If you don't have that much time, try marinating the chicken for at least 2 hours. The longer you marinate the chicken, the better it tastes!!
2. Pull chicken out of ziplock bags. Cut into little tenders. Chicken is easier to cut once it's been marinated for awhile.
3. Preheat indoor grill. Once grill is ready, place tenders on and grill until done.
4. Take chicken off grill and make your tacos!! I topped mine with shredded cheese, sliced avocados, handful of kale and a dopple of plain greek yogurt (instead of sour cream). Enjoy!!!!
