Homemade Waffles

Today I was craving waffles. So I made waffles. Homemade waffles! Everyone should own a waffle iron because they're phenomenonal! I found this recipe on Pinterest.

Homemade Waffles
2 cups flour (I used whole wheat)
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp white sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
1. Preheat waffle iron.
2. Beat two eggs with hand mixer (I don't have one, so I used a fork).
3. Beat in flour, milk, vanilla extract, sat, sugar, vegetable oil and baking powder.
4. Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
5. Enjoy!! Top with your favorite toppings :)!

*I was able to make 12 waffles. My waffle iron has 4 slots on the top and bottom. I also froze the leftover waffles!!
